Anxiety is a place that many of us know and usually don’t want to talk about, and when we do, no one understands. Have you ever been so anxious that you feel like you can’t function or make it through the rest of your day? Do you feel alone in the fight against your own mind? Have you developed behaviors and thoughts that you don’t want anymore or ever wanted to begin with?
I am here to listen, consult, guide, and assure you so that you are able to make it out of this frustrating cycle and not be alone in your struggle. With anxiety being my primary focus, my scope of practice includes phobias, anxious thoughts/behaviors, trauma (PTSD), as well as obsessive-compulsive struggles. My methods include but are not limited to: Cognitive-Behavioral, Acceptance Commitment, and Solution-Focused Therapy. These all focus on getting out of negative coping mechanisms from past experiences and transforming into who you really want to be! I look forward to sharing this journey together and am willing and able to jump into the deep end with you. I also offer faith-based Christian counseling if you would like to integrate your faith into your journey toward healing. Qualifications:
